Science Laboratory

At Unity E. M. School, students are constantly encouraged to test theories and prove concepts. We have one common science laboratory which is airy and well- lit. The laboratory are equipped with apparatus, charts and models.

Many meaningful group projects in the science are assigned to students with clear but open-ended guidance from the teachers.

Commerce Club

It is one of the most vivacious clubs of Unity E.M. School which through its assorted activities creates an abstract where theory converges into practice and forms experience.

Its members are students of classes XI and XII who have achieved many milestones in the extra-curricular as well as the academic area.

As a part of its tradition, the club has been organizing its annual commerce and industrial visit for the past 10 years.

The club strives to develop business acumen, entrepreneurial outlook and organizational skills in the students.

Eco Club

We often conduct classrooms without walls during some school days. Students are taken on field trips, hikes, natures walk and treks to discuss and learn about environmental geographical or any other issues and topics that are relevance and interest.

For example, during a trip to the JAMBUGODA WILD LIFE SANCUTARY, students practiced map-making skills, learned the importance of co-operation and teamwork.

The students of the eco club went on a field trip to NATURE”S CLUB SURAT .The students were excited to see the vegetation around the lake. The students were divided into groups, each accomplished by a teacher and a guide. Each student carried along a notebook and a pen. They jotted down points what they observed.

The students eagerly began spotting insects, birds and other creatures in and around the lake.

P.T.A Club

Parent teacher meetings are held regular to discuss a child’s progress in school. The parents meet all the subject teachers to discuss about their child’s intellectual and psychological development. They can clear doubt’s if any, about the workings of the school during those meetings. The school actively encourages the parents to give suggestions about lacuna they perceive about the school’s workings or about their child’s development. These suggestions are taken seriously and worked upon.
